1. Purpose of the platform

ready2hop.com is a directory, not a travel agency or booking provider. We index publicly available operator data and link travelers to those operators' communication channels.

2. Booking disclaimer — important

By using our platform to reach an operator directly via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, you understand and accept that:

• ready2hop.com is not a travel agency, tour operator or payment intermediary in this Phase 1.

• Any transaction, payment, deposit or contract takes place exclusively between traveler and operator.

• We are not liable for cancellations due to weather (such as Philippine Coast Guard / PAGASA warnings), boat mechanical issues, or service-quality disputes.

• We strongly recommend verifying operator permits and always demanding life jackets for every passenger before sailing.

3. Reference prices

Shared, private and premium prices listed on destination pages are averages computed from aggregated Klook market data and direct quotes (2026). They are reference values only — the final price depends on the direct negotiation you conduct with the captain.

4. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms in line with our roadmap (e.g. booking + payments in Phase 2). Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
