This policy covers any personal information you voluntarily submit through the 'Request a Trip' (concierge) form on ready2hop.com.

We collect personal information only through the voluntary concierge form. Data includes: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and trip details (dates, group size, notes, requirements).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to process your trip request, send reference quotes, facilitate direct contact between you and Philippine boat operators, and notify Manuel of new booking intents via Telegram bot.
4. Operators: claim or remove your listing
Business listings and public Facebook profiles are indexed from public sources. If you own one of the listed brands and wish to claim management, edit data, or remove (opt-out), submit your request through our contact form (mention 'operator opt-out' in the notes) and we will action it within 48 hours.
